THE BEGINNING OF US
We believed construction could be smarter and built a company to prove it.
DeLauter began in 2009 with a clear belief: construction could be done better. With firsthand experience in the field, we saw the frustrations clients faced like missed details, missed deadlines, and missed expectations.
We set out to change that by building a business rooted in planning, partnership, and doing what we say we’ll do.
Our goal has always been simple: deliver projects with precision, integrity, and zero surprises.

From our hometown roots in Crystal Lake, Illinois, we’ve grown through relationships, not just RFPs. Today, we hold licenses and registrations in over 35 states and manage projects across various markets and regions. But we’ve never lost the local mindset.
