Meet Ron Smith,
Southeast Regional Director
With more than 35 years of experience in commercial construction, Ron Smith leads DeLauter’s Southeast Division with deep industry knowledge, proven leadership, and a sharp focus on client results. Based in Sarasota, Ron has overseen high-performance projects across Florida and the greater Southeastern U.S., guiding teams through diverse project delivery methods including design-build, CM-at-risk, and traditional bid-build.
Since joining DeLauter in 2021 as Florida Division Manager, Ron has played a key role in expanding the company’s Southeast footprint. His leadership is marked by strong client relationships, proactive planning, and a deep understanding of regional demands. Under his direction, the Southeast Division continues to grow its presence and reputation for excellence.
