Meet Stephen Wright,
Southeast Director of Field Operations
With approximately 15 years of construction experience across multiple states and project types, Stephen Wright brings a strong combination of field leadership, technical expertise, and project execution to DeLauter’s Southeast operations. His experience spans multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, commercial and industrial facilities, automotive, retail, restaurants, housing development, and complex ground-up projects exceeding $60 million.

Since joining DeLauter more than four years ago, Stephen has become a key leader within the Southeast Division. As Southeast Director of Field Operations, he oversees field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and project execution from preconstruction through completion. His background in commercial plumbing and mechanical construction, combined with extensive field and project management experience, gives him a strong foundation in MEP coordination, estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and construction execution.

Stephen is known for taking ownership, stepping in when additional leadership is needed, and staying focused on moving projects forward. His dependability, technical knowledge, and commitment to DeLauter and its people continue to support the company’s growth throughout the Southeast.
