Meet the field operations director driving Southeast Results
Stephen Wright has more than four years with DeLauter and approximately 15 years of construction experience across multiple states and construction environments. His diverse project experience includes multifamily, self-storage, hotels, commercial and industrial facilities, automotive, retail, restaurants, housing development, and complex ground-up projects exceeding $60 million.
As DeLauter’s Southeast Director of Field Operations, Stephen provides leadership and oversight of field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and project execution from preconstruction through completion. His background in commercial plumbing and mechanical construction, field leadership, and project management provides a strong technical foundation in MEP coordination, estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and construction execution.
