Southeast Regional Director
Drew Messerli leads the growth and development of DeLauter’s Southwest Division, supporting clients and partners throughout the seven-state region.
He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across national real estate portfolios, operations, engineering, asset strategy, capital planning, and team development. During his 25 years with Life Time Inc., Drew held leadership roles focused on operational excellence, portfolio management, engineering strategy, and long-term asset performance.
