DeLauter has extensive OSHA 30, 60 & 90, and CPR training for our key field employees, as well as our project management corpse.

DeLauter is a seasoned general contractor, focusing on retail commercial, healthcare / clinical, automotive services, fitness / wellness / spa, early childhood care & academy, restaurant / QSR / food service, distribution / warehousing, and industrial.
Our projects range from $250, 000 to $4,000,000. We can execute larger projects and with established, perennial clients we can support smaller “task order” size projects.
DeLauter can execute construction services on a time and material basis with a “not to exceed” budgetary limit, or a lump sum for an agreed to scope of work. We are flexible, project specific.
DeLauter does not self-perform any craft labor. We have extensive, qualified subcontractors, located in our areas of focus and strength. We have seasoned superintendents at the project sites that oversee the day-to-day progress of work, executed by the subcontractors.
DeLauter can secure all the permits required for the project directly for the owner or coordinate with other 3rd parties assigned by the owner.
DeLauter can provide early project budgetary support, schedule development, site specific project assessment for labor conditions, lay-down area, accessibility, electrical power, waste control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
DeLauter effectively serves the Midwest (Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Texas & Wisconsin). We also serve the Southeast (Florida, Georgia, North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, west Virginia)
DeLauter does provide industry standard (AIA) warranties for work executed project specific.
DeLauter can work with both union and non-union labor-based subcontractors.
