From working in the field to owning and operating his own general contracting company, Bill has developed a rare perspective that blends operational insight with big-picture leadership.
Since joining DeLauter as a Construction Manager, his attention to detail and industry expertise have earned him the role of Midwest Regional Director. Today, he leads our Midwest team with a steady hand and a strong focus on client satisfaction, supporting projects that span industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
