With over 35 years of commercial construction experience across the Southeastern United States, Ron Smith brings a depth of knowledge and leadership to DeLauter's growing presence in the region. From design-build to construction management and traditional delivery methods, his well-rounded expertise allows him to guide projects with precision and integrity.
Ron joined DeLauter in 2021 as Florida Division Manager, helping establish our footprint in the state. Thanks to his leadership and success, he now oversees the entire Southeast Region. His dedication to his team and clients ensures our work not only meets expectations — it sets new ones.
