Construction of a new 6,912 sq. ft. Advanced Auto Parts store in Palm Bay including all earthwork, underground utilities, irrigation well, landscaping and irrigation, and paving and pavement markings. The shell building was masonry with structural steel, concrete work, EPDM roofing, storefront, EIFS, HVAC RTUs, storefront, electrical and plumbing. DeLauter also managed the store’s interior work including new baths.
