One of DeLauter’s first Florida projects, this high-end outpatient surgery center and emergency clinic in Lakewood Ranch had AHCA oversight and sophisticated plumbing and HVAC systems. Our scope included framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, millwork, flooring and painting.
