A general contract to oversee major demolition of the existing 2nd floor office tenant and new construction of a new 3,585 sq. ft. high tech modern pediatric and orthodontic dental office serving the Windermere and Dr Philips area in Orlando. DeLauter’s scope included plumbing and electric for the chairs, requiring coring and nighttime work in the office below, as well as new split systems HVAC units and duct work, high end finishes including plumbing, glass barn doors, flooring and new grid and acoustical ceilings.
