General contract to oversee the completion of a 280-unit apartment complex comprised of one, two and three-bedroom units. The development consisted of five, four story, fully masonry buildings, and the full delivery of earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, paving, and a solar system built into covered parking. We also delivered on-site amenities including garages, a clubhouse with resort-style pool, a modern fitness center, a pickleball court, dog park, and lush landscaping.
