This project was a fast paced $1,000,000 plus 30-day restaurant renovation including exterior and interior work requiring work 24 hours a day to accommodate the schedule with all new interior finishes and new exterior stonework, fencing and concrete flat work. The restaurant stayed open during half of the renovation where the DeLauter team was only able to work on exterior scope.
