Ground-up construction of a new ModWash facility completed on a compact 0.97-acre site with challenging topography and extensive site coordination requirements. The project included full site development, earthwork, underground utilities, paving, site concrete, vacuum areas, a lift station, and drive-through pay stations, along with construction of the masonry main building and all associated MEP systems. Careful planning and execution were essential to successfully manage the high level of activity within the limited site footprint.
