Construction of a new physical therapy medical buildout including demolition of the previous tenant and some required landlord work creating a new entrance with storefront and a covered walkway on the exterior of the building. The interior work included major demolition, framing, drywall, electrical, duct work, flooring, plumbing, acoustical ceiling and grid, millwork and painting.
