The successful completion of a new ground up Starbucks shell building, including the demolition of an old bank building. DeLauter managed all earthwork, underground utilities, paving, landscaping and irrigation relative to site responsibilities. We had all building scope including masonry, structural steel, doors and frames, EIFS, roofing, HVAC/RTUs, exterior awnings, storefront, and painting.
