The successful completion of a new 2,562 sq. ft. ground up Starbucks shell building, including the interior work for Starbucks Corporate. DeLauter managed all earthwork, underground utilities, paving, landscaping and irrigation relative to site responsibilities. We also had all of the shell building scope including masonry, EIFS, roofing, HVAC/RTUs, storefront, painting and all interior finishes and FF&E.
