The project included complete site development, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping, and associated site improvements, along with construction of the main service building. Building construction included structural steel, masonry, metal framing and decking, storefront systems, overhead doors, roofing, interior finishes, and complete plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The project required coordination of numerous trades and specialized building components to deliver a fully operational automotive service facility.
