From Abandoned Warehouse to Family Destination

At DeLauter, transformation is more than a goal — it’s what we deliver every day. Our latest project turned a long-abandoned warehouse into a stunning, 29,974-square-foot indoor trampoline and attractions facility for Altitude Trampoline Park.

Through persistent hard work, attention to detail, and a consistent construction management process, our team navigated every challenge — from clearing years of neglect to coordinating specialty installations — to create a space where families can connect, play, and challenge themselves.

Project Highlights

• Complete Interior Gut & Renovation — Removed racking, an outdated freight elevator, a pallet escalator, and long-neglected office spaces to create a blank canvas for the build.

• First U.S. Cube Challenge Installation — Partnered with Greece-based Cube Challenges to bring their 20-room interactive challenge course to the United States, navigating unique specifications, dimensional variances, and international coordination.

• 13,000-Square-Foot Attractions Zone — Designed and built spaces featuring a ninja course, trampoline basketball, rock climbing wall, jump pits, and an 80-foot slide.

• Community-Focused Destination — Delivered a safe, exciting recreational facility that offers endless opportunities for active fun for all ages.
