Delauter Delivers: Gateway Commons Construction Complete

Delauter is proud to announce the successful completion of Gateway Commons, a 280-unit apartment complex comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom units that stands as a testament to our capabilities as a premier General Contractor. Throughout every phase of the $16,245,000 construction contract, our team managed this multifaceted project with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality. The development consists of five four-story, fully masonry buildings, a complex structural undertaking that required expert planning, skilled execution, and seamless coordination across all trades.

Our role extended beyond vertical construction to include the full delivery of earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, paving, and a solar system built into covered parking to help offset the developer’s common areas utility cost.  We also delivered on-site amenities and infrastructure, including secure, spacious garages, a resort-style pool, a modern fitness center, and a beautifully finished clubhouse, all built to meet the highest standards. Other specialty features we oversaw included a pickleball court, dog park, and lush landscaping, all of which were provided while maintaining tight schedules to deliver as many rentable units as quickly as possible to start generating income. All this was achieved while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship associated with luxury multi-family living.
